You must give at least 48 hours prior notice to change or cancel pre-arranged lessons.

If 48 hours notice is not given and you cannot attend the lesson. For any reason whatsoever you will be charged for that lesson.

Your instructor can change or cancel your lesson at short notice. However we will give you as much notice as we can. Where possible we will contact you in good time to re-arrange any lesson that has been changed or cancelled.

All practical test dates and bookings are subject to [DSA] driving standards agency availability. We do not guarantee booking dates.

You must pay each lesson in advance. All funds must be cleared and paid in full before start of your course.

For all practical driving tests your instructor reserves the right to refuse you the use of our cars if your instructor feels that your standard of driving is unacceptable for that test.  THER IS NO REFUND OF FEES. This is in code of conduct for driving instructors set out by the [DSA] driving standards agency. This measure is there to insure YOUR SAFETY AND IN THE INTREST OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
